Obesity

Obesity means being very overweight or fat. Scientists classify obese as people who are 30% over their ideal body weight. Today, more and more people are overweight, and an increasing percentage are obese -  more than 28% of American men, 33% of American women, and over 38% of married Emirati women.

What are the reasons for this, and how can this problem be solved?
