Click here for official HCT Speaking and Writing converters. The bands for each level are unchanged - 5.25 at mid-Level 1, 5.5 at exit Level 1, 5.75 at mid Level 2 and 6 at exit Level 2. You can download these in Excel here. (Updated Feb 2007)
